The home of the first weekly Aspen Real Estate podcast. The feature will be implemented by 15th April 2006. We will include an RSS feed for subscribing to two different podcasts featuring the deal of the week and the dog of the week.

Who should subscribe, well whoever is interested in 5 minutes of interesting real estate talk. The deal of the week will feature the property that I deem to be of most interest, the best value, the best location, the best whatever that I visited during that week. The dog of the week on the other hand will likely not be that welcome by my fellow Aspen real estate colleagues. Well...... sod it. If I think it is a dog I will tell. And if the market proves me wrong I will tell as well. Should make for some interesting phone calls from dog of the day representing realtors.

I can't wait to get this going, should be fun.
