You are in full controll of the offer price. Do not base the decission what Realtor to list with dependant of the price he is willing to list your property at.
The decission what to list your property at should be made after you decided on your Realtor. A good real estate agent will show you with the help of comparable sales and YOU will come up with the correct price all by yourself.
3. Condition
Make the interior and exterior look its best. De-personalize the house to allow potential buyer to think of the home as their own. Ask me about potential updates that can enhance the value
